The Intu Gold Prepaid MasterCard® Gift Card is issued by Wirecard Card Solutions Ltd (“WDCS”) pursuant to licence by MasterCard International Inc. The card operates on a limited network and as such is not regulated under e-money regulations.
- This promotion is open to any customer, excluding employees and their families of the promoter its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- The promotion start date is 4 November 2013 with a closing date of 4 May 2014.
- How to enter: Purchase a Gift Card [of any denomination] at intu Uxbridge, intu Lakeside, intu Bromley, intu Victoria Centre, intu Metro Centre, intu Braehead, intu Potteries, intu Watford, intu Eldon Square or intu Chapelfield by the closing date to automatically be entered into the promotion with the chance to win a £20 Gift Card. Gift Cards are randomly allocated throughout the promotion via an independently verified algorithm providing a 1 in 100 chance of winning.
- One entry per transaction, even if your purchase is of multiple Gift Cards. Returned or refunded Gift Card purchases will void entry into the promotion.
- Only Gift Cards purchased at Customer Relations desks at intu centres listed in point {3) are eligible for entry. Gift Cards purchased online at intu.co.uk or through any Gift Card kiosk are excluded from entry.
- Winners will be notified immediately if they have won and will be handed the £20 Gift Card instantly upon verification. Gift Cards will be provided as a separate £20 Gift Card. Gift Card value cannot be transferred onto a separate or existing Gift Card.
- There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
