YO! Sushi’s menu has been at the forefront of Japanese cuisine in the UK for over 16 years, showcasing the very best culinary delights, innovations and new tastes that Japan has to offer. Growing from an offering of 40 dishes back in 1997 to a  fantastic wide selection of 80 dishes today, the new menu includes a whole host of hot and cold street food favourites and regional specialities that will make your mouth water whether you love meat, fish or vegetables. NEW AUTHENTIC FLAVOURS FROM JAPAN

Chicken Kara Age

Chicken Kara Age is a mouthwateringly crispy delight straight from the land of the rising sun and is simply the last word in feel good food. Nicknamed ‘JFC’ or Japanese Fried Chicken, this East Asian spin on the American classic being deep fried chicken thigh marinated in sake & soy, ginger and garlic is set to take British tastebuds by storm. Chicken has never tasted so good!

Chicken Yakitori

A delicious old favourite featuring grilled minced chicken thigh on skewers along with spring onion,  gorgeously glazed with a sweet and  sticky soy and treated to some spicy heat coutesy of shichimi chilli powder.

Beef Tsukune

Paying homage to a regional delicacy in Japan, these sensational sausages are made from forequarter beef steak, cucumber and spring onion glazed in teriyaki sauce.

Duck & Mango Roll

A first for the UK, our innovative Duck & Mango Rolls showcase delicious pieces of shredded duck, cucumber and spring onion surrounded by rice. The roll is then wrapped in a sheet of 100% natural mango purée sheet rather than the traditional nori sushi wrapper. New, different and oh so yummy.

Salmon & Yuzu Salsa Tataki

A new flavour for the British palate – Yuzu is a delightful Japanese citrus flavour that perfectly compliments our salmon sashimi. This refreshing light dish consists of salmon sashimi topped with a cucumber and cherry tomato yuzu salsa and ponzu sauce.

Banana & Chocolate Harumaki

To end the meal - or to start depending on how big your sweet tooth is, tuck into our new hot Banana & Chocolate Harumaki dessert which flips the traditional Japanese style spring roll on its head and turns it into something altogether more sweet and delectable. Served on a banana leaf, our Banana & Chocolate Harumaki comes complete with raspberry sauce.

Popcorn Shrimp Tempura

Sure to be everyone’s new favourite dish, our addictive Popcorn Shrimp Tempura are sustainably  sourced cold water shrimps glazed in a sweet miso sauce that will transport you to the streets of urban Tokyo.

REDISCOVERING DELICIOUS GEMS

Takoyaki

Wonderfully crisp, light and airy battered octopus balls served with a fruity katsu sauce, Japanese mayonnaise, red ginger, dried bonito flakes and aonori – a special seaweed seasoning. This is a firm favourite in Japan.

Strawberry Cheesecake Mochi

Guaranteed to put a smile on anyone’s face, our modern twist of the traditional Japanese dessert takes all the great tasting flavours of Strawberry Cheese Cake and beautifully brings this together in one squidgy heavenly bite inside soft Japanese rice cake balls.
