Head of Fun

After searching the whole North East for cool, creative and confident kids aged 6-10 years old, hundreds of applications began flying in from posters and poems to a new rendition of One Direction’s top hit ‘Best Job Ever’. The decision was very tough and with much thought and deliberation, we have appointed our highly anticipated Head of Fun along with a Deputy Head of Fun.

Head of Fun - Mackenzie Toal, 8 from Prudhoe

Deputy Head of Fun - Myah Rose Wilson, 6 from Sunderland

The new Head and Deputy Head of Fun will help with the intu Metrocentre Kids’ Club and its special giveaways, become friends with the Metrognomes and test new restaurants and leisure activities for child friendliness. They will also get to meet Santa and his elves and test out all new toys sold in the centre – meaning they will be among the first in the region to find out all about new crazes and toy trends.
