AUDITIONS, AS THE SEARCH FOR THE LOST BOYS AND GIRLS STARTS

Venue: Upper Town Square

Date: 30 Nov 2013

Producers of a successful European arena show are calling for local children to take part in the Newcastle leg of a world tour.  Peter Pan, The Never Ending Story, showing at the Metro Radio Arena from 15th – 16th January 2014, are searching for lost boys and girls to join the stars of the show with a walk-on part.

Based on the children’s classic by JM Barrie; Peter Pan, The Never Ending Story World Arena Tour is a high-flying, hi-tech fantasy adventure that combines the drama and excitement of live theatre with the epic visuals of a blockbuster movie.

Thirty lucky children will win the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of performing in the show and experiencing the bright lights and atmosphere of an arena stage.  The ultimate arena experience includes a walk-on role in a live performance, rehearsals with the cast, costume and a hair and make-up consultation with the production team.  On top of all this winners will also receive four tickets for their family to watch the show.

No acting or performance skills are required.  To win this prize simply turn up to intu MetroCentre on Saturday 30th November, between 12 and 3pm and tell the judges why you would like to be a lost boy/girl.

Children should be aged between 8 and 15 years old and be no taller than 5’4”.
