Position: TEAM LEADER/DUTY MANAGER X 2
Hours: 40+ PER WEEK MON-SUN BETWEEN 8AM AND 11PM
Salary: EXCEEDS NMW
Full-time, flexible Team Leader/Duty Managers required for Handmade Burger Co, Metrocentre. The successful candidate will have previous management/supervisory experience, excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to work well within a team. Duties to include liaising with customers, meeting targets, cash handling and other general store duties. As well as manging and directing your team, other skills to include scheduling, ordering, recruitment, coaching/training and people development/management.
