Position: Management Opportunities at Homesense at TK Maxx
Hours: 39 hrs per week - Mon-Sun, 7am-10pm – 5 days out of 7
Salary: £ Competitive
Homesense at TK Maxx have a number of management opportunities at their store at intu Metrocentre. The successful candidates will adopt a “hands-on” style of management and will support the Store Manager in delivering operational compliance, sales and profit targets, minimise loss and control costs. Previous Fashion or home experience and previous management/supervisory experience is essential. You will assist the store in delivering people plans through resourcing, development and performance management. To drive and embed operational routines and standards and that these are consistently delivered; to plan, deliver and achieve the delivery of customer service standards; carry out duty manager responsibilities as required, including opening and closing the store.You will be expected to embrace the informal yet progressive culture, where no two days are the same, where ideas and input from all Associates is valued and where there is opportunity for every person to make a difference.
