Position: SUPERVISOR
Hours: 37.5hrs per week – Sun-Sat – 7:30am-9:00pm and extended opening hours for Christmas

A Supervisor for our brand is an empowered and a supportive team member who is truly passionate and knowledgeable about fashion, our customers and our product.
The successful candidate will have previous management/supervisory experience within fashion retail. You will manage the day to day running of the store in the absence of the Branch or Assistant Branch Managers and will show initiative when making decisions. You will deliver and drive excellent customer experience ensuring the team are motivated and engaged with our customers.

You will have strong coaching, leading and management skills to ensure that the teams go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer experience and styling advice at all times.
