Assistant Manager required 40hrs per week at Karen Millen, Metrocentre. Hours will be between 8am-9pm, fully flex Mon-Sun. The successful applicant will have previous management experience eg as a Supervisor within a large store or as a Concession Manager. You will really cares about excellent sales service & possesses a love of luxury fashion. The job requires a high level of dedication & you will need to work hard to meet both business & customer expectations, however the rewards are great. You will be a team leader working to achieve exceptional personalised customer service, have a real interest in people & have superb communication skills. Your ability to motivate and guide the store team will be crucial to support the Store Manager and drive commercial performance.
