Store: Car Valet service - yellow car park
Position: SITE MANAGER
Hours: 5 DAYS PER WEEK (INCLUDES EVERY OTHER WEEKEND)
Salary: £18K (A discretionary annual bonus may be payable annually)
As Site Manager you will: oversee operations in all 3 sites, ensuring they all consistently maintain compliance with CVUK procedures/disciplines/rules & regulations; ensure customer service is of the highest priority & quality & applied consistently; maximise sales in order to meet/exceed targets through efficient operations & by applying CVUK approved initiatives; be smart & polite at all times with customers & Centre Management & be the Ambassador for CVUK; be the first point of contact with Centre Management, proactively meeting on a regular basis to discuss operations, sales & other associated matters; ensure all sites maintain a pristine look & feel & that at all times are appropriately equipped; undertake any additional tasks as requested by CVUK Senior Management.
You will: be pro-active, ensuring targets are achieved & standards are of the highest calibre; be able to nurture relationships with customers, staff & external partners; possess a positive attitude to developing the business. Good customer service credentials are also vital.
The successful candidate will be mobile in the car parks & based externally.
