ASSOCIATE WORKSHOP MANAGER (SUPERVISOR)

Hours: 40 HRS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS OUT OF 7, FULLY FLEX
Salary: EXCEEDS NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE
Build-A-Bear Workshop is looking for an experienced Associate Store Manager (Supervisor) to join the Metrocentre team. Candidates must have previous high street retail experience in a similar role & excellent verbal & written communication skills.
In addition you will: have good leadership & selling skills; be enthusiastic & have a passion to succeed; model professional & personal integrity; be flexible & adaptable; foster a high energy environment & demonstrate appreciation for children of all ages.
Duties include assisting with: payroll & timekeeping procedures; employee relations; recruitment & selection; leading & developing the team; timely processing & merchandising of incoming/outgoing shipments; children’s parties. In addition you will be processing guest transactions & following company cash handling procedures, and maintaining daily awareness of merchandise in stock, current marketing campaigns & promotions.
