Commemorative Service

intu Metrocentre invites you to join us in commemoration of all those who were involved in WW1 and subsequent conflicts.

At 2pm on Monday 4^th August, intu Metrocentre’s Chaplain Lyn Jamieson and the Rt Revd Paul Butler, Bishop of Durham will hold a public WW1 Commemorative Drumhead Service in Exhibition Square. Following the service, Ian Proud from the Royal British Legion will start a 100 mile ‘Honour Run’ through intu Metrocentre on behalf of the five service charities.
