Following the successful launch of our first bar at The Trafford Centre, Manchester, Circle 360, the stunning champagne and cocktail bar sits in the new Platinum Mall.

The sleek, open-plan, island bar provides an elevated position for our visitors to watch the world go by whilst sipping cold crisp champagne or delicious sparkling wine. The white marble bar counter and cream, padded bar stools create a comfortable, sophisticated boutique feel, where shoppers can relax and enjoy an “affordable luxury” experience.

A wide selection of champagne including Pommery, Moet, Veuve Cliquot and Dom Perignon and sparkling wine such as Cava and Prosecco is available by the glass or the bottle

Cocktails are all made to order. The selection of cocktails include; champagne cocktails such as Bellini, signature cocktails including the Pornstar Martini and a full range of classic cocktails with prices range from £5.95 to £7.95.
