Position: ASSISTANT MANAGER
Hours: 24 - 38 hrs per week, Mon-Sat (Flexible over 7 days), 9am-10pm
Salary: COMPETITIVE
An Assistant Store Manager is required for The Fragrance Shop, Metrocentre. Previous supervisory/management experience within the retail sector is essential. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service, communication and numeracy skills and be able to work as part of a team.
Duties will include: Managing, motivating and leading a team to meet and achieve targets, local marketing of the store and promotions; liaising and advising customers on products, stock replenishment, cash handling, merchandising, warehousing and other store duties.
