Although our roots are firmly planted in the North East of England, we've been booking holidays for customers across the UK for over 30 years, and are proud to say there isn’t much we don't know about the worldwide holidays we offer.
Candidates must have previous management/supervisory experience in a retail environment along with 2 years experience in Travel Agency sales. Excellent customer service, communication and numeracy skills are required and the ability to work well within a team.
Duties to include managing a team, liaising with customers to create sales and meet targets, stock replenishment, cash handling, merchandising and other general store duties.
