Hours: 40 PER WEEK

THE ROLE:

As Assistant Concession Manager you will use your passion for fashion and sense of fun to inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Commercial and creative, you will lead your team to maximise sales and profit within store, whilst creating an exciting and energetic atmosphere for both customers and staff.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To ensure the store sales performance is maximised to its full potential and delivered in line with agreed targets.
• To ensure concession costs are managed within agreed budget levels and that every opportunity is sought to maximise store profitability.
• To consistently demonstrate our Brand Values and ensure by example that the sales team understand how our brand values are translated into actions and behaviours.
• To manage, train and develop the team in an efficient manner.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
 
• Previous experience of leading a team within a retail environment.
• Commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer focused.
• Sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
• Positive character with a “can do” attitude.
