Position: FT Supervisor (Permanent)
Hours: 40h per week MON-SUN, FULLY FLEX ACROSS CENTRE TRADING HOURS

As a Store Supervisor you will support the Store and Assistant Manager in leading and inspiring your teams to maximise profit and increase sales by living our brand values. To consistently drive the store sales performance in order to meet and exceed store targets. To live and breathe our Core Values inspiring the team to be true ambassadors of our brand and deliver exceptional customer service at all times. To lead by example. To support the Store and Assistant Manager in managing, training and developing the team in an efficient manner.
Experience leading a team within a retail environment. Commercial awareness. Excellent communication skills. Customer focused. Sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
