Position: ACCOUNT MANAGER

Salary: DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE

The Account Manager has overall responsibility for the achievement of Benefit retail objectives in store.  Through leading your team by setting the perfect example, you will maximise on all sales opportunities and ensure the team provide the best customer service and shopping experience possible.

Main duties include:

Sales goals, teamwork, promotions, training and administration. 

Standards:  It is important that our consultants, our counter, our merchandising and our displays create the most positive impression on customers.  Personal grooming guidelines should be adhered to and the Benefit uniform should be worn at all times during working hours.

Stock replenishment- you will give early warning of potential O.O.S.’s. by monitoring weekly sell-through of the top 10 selling lines and reporting concerns to your Area Manager.

Communication: You will be responsible for ensuring that both the Store and Benefit Management are informed immediately of any issues relating to Benefit business in Store e.g. Customer issues, O.O.S.’s, absence or illness etc.

Staff Rotas: Working in a fair manner, you will devise a rota to provide the most effective coverage of the counter maximising the resources available.

Hygiene and Housekeeping:  You will ensure that our customers find the Benefit environment both clean and hygienic.
