Position: SUPERVISOR
Hours: 30hrs per week – Mon-Sun – 9am-9pm – FULLY FLEXIBLE
Salary: EXCEEDS NMW
Coast within Debenhams are seeking a committed individual who can deliver exceptional service to their customers and able to support the Branch Manager in achieving store goals through managing, coaching and motivating the team and acting as an ambassador for the brand within the team. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively at all levels and will be accountable in the Manager’s absence.
The successful candidate must have previous management or supervisory experience and Fashion Retail experience, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, must be numerate and able to work as part of a team.
Duties include liaising with customers, understanding customers’ needs and offering advice; stock replenishment, cash handling, working and meeting targets and general housekeeping.
Candidate must be fully flexible as you may be asked to work additional hours as requested.
